Open Garden Day Event 2

Weaving for Families

June 5, 2021, Saturday, 11 am – 2 pm.

Learn to recycle your textiles by making small weavings. For ages 6+. We will discuss recycling, textile waste, and ideas to recycle your old clothes. Vamos A Sembrar will also be giving out wildflower seeds, while supplies last, to spread over the neighborhood. Please join us. Talk to us about how to volunteer and join this garden. 

Note: Masks must be worn and other COVID rules followed. Everyone is welcomed to tour the garden when the gate is open.

POSTPONED—TO BE RESCHEDULED. The Annual Meeting of Vamos A Sembrar community garden, both in-garden and online, Tuesday, December 1, 2020, 6:00 pm to 7:00 pm. To attend online, please contact us or email us for the online meeting information.

Open to all.

Members of the garden will be voting on the steering committee, garden chair, and garden secretary, and adopt amendments to the garden bylaws.

Please practice social distancing (at least 6 feet away from others) and wear a mask when visiting the garden. Thank you.
